Join the city at 5pm for the Winter Lights Parade, which will end at Spencer Park for the annual TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY.
Stick around afterward for Carols around the tree with our Dickens Carolers as well as COCOA provided by the Lions Club and
Pictures with SANTA at the Spencer Park Picnic Shelter!!!
